What an exceptional woman! My wife and I spent a couple days with Afiya in Florida years ago at a business convention. I remember her smile, energy, style. We remained friends thereafter and I used to get updates about her health from our mutual friend Dr. Janet Sloane. My wife Jan and I extend deep condolences to her family.
